• Plan and manage strategies to minimize manufacturing costs by optimizing labor, equipment, materials, facilities, and capital.
• Meet or exceed budgetary goals in line with strategic objectives.
• Recommend and implement approved changes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Achieve optimal staffing and material use to meet budget and productivity targets.
• Ensure objectives and standards are met, exceeding customer expectations.
• Set departmental accountabilities for problem-solving and cost reduction.
• Continuously improve safety and develop employee safety awareness.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
• Select, train, and motivate management and administrative staff.
• Maintain and improve housekeeping across departments.
• Ensure compliance with food safety system requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 10+ years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four-year Undergraduate Degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in a senior management role and partnering with executive staff.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• The desire for a hands-on role in a rapidly growing company.
