As a Senior Accountant you will support the North America accounting team, reporting to the North America Controller. This position will focus on general ledger analysis, month end journal entries, and variance analysis of financial statements. You will also analyze and reconcile accounts, prepare for audits, and other ad hoc projects. We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong analytical skills with an affinity for a challenging environment within a fast-growing company.

What you'll do:

  • Provide timely, accurate and complete journal entries
  • Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis
  • Maintain and improve processes, procedures and documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements for review by management
  • Maintain collaborative partnerships with Global and Corporate Finance teams
  • Pro-actively anticipate issues by understanding close processes, working with various teams to devise solutions, and monitoring existing controls and procedures
  • Assist as needed with audit support
  • Work in a proactive, responsive and efficient manner in our dynamic King of Prussia headquarter.

What you'll need:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or Finance and 4 years of accounting experience OR associate's degree in accounting and 6 years of experience.
  • 2 years general ledger or audit experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • In office 60% of time (3 days a week)
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong accounting background, analytical aptitude, initiative, and high attention to detail
  • SAP integration experience
  • Ability to independently manage and complete complex tasks
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
