Perform testing andinspection activitiesforrawmaterial,components, and OEMs, withaccurateresultsin atimely manner.

Job Responsibilities andEssential Duties

*Perform destructiveandnon-destructivetestingon raw materials/components usingMicrometers,Dial Calipers,PinGauges, HeightGauges, ThreadGauges, MicroVu, Instron and other Precision MeasuringInstruments.

* Readsandinterpretdocuments and drawings/specifications.

* Perform accepted/rejected activities for raw materials/componentsinSAP.Perform 100% Leak Testing for in-process materials.

* Attendteam meetingsand provide feedback to the team.

* Provideguidance onlab andproduct relatedissues toStudyCoordinators/SupplierQualityEngineers.

* Assess prioritiesandadjustownscheduleifneeded.

* Perform functional acceptancetesting on products,per theapplicable procedures and or test methods.

MinimumRequirements

* Highschool diploma, orequivalent,isrequired.Associates orBS DegreeinScience, Math,Business orrelatedfieldis preferred.

Aminimumof 1yearin qualityfunction or aBS or CQT required; FDA regenvironment preferred, medical device experienceideal. 3-year FDA regulated environment work experienceinlieu of 1yearin a quality functionis acceptable.

Required Knowledge,Skills and Abilities

* Working knowledge ofsampling planssimilar toANSI/ASQZ-1.4and C=0.

* Mustdemonstrate effectiveverbal and writtencommunicationskills.

* Mustbe abletoperform basic mathin allunits ofmeasure.Mustdemonstrate ability to work effectivelyin ateam setting, beflexible,andexhibit a willingness tolearn/ take on newtasks.

* SAPandInformation Mapping experiencepreferred.Mustdemonstrate ability to workindependently and manage multipletasks andpriorities. High attentionto detailis required.

* Mustdemonstrate ability toidentifyissues,effectivelyproblem solve,andproposesolutions.

* ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeProducts or equivalentsoftware applicationis preferred.
