Location: Somerset, PA 15501
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Your Responsibilities as a Project Engineer/Project Manager:
- Lead a diverse portfolio of environmental and land development projects.
- Write and review technical reports and proposals.
- Prepare and deliver marketing presentations.
- Hire and manage subcontractors.
- Mentor and train engineering staff and ensure quality work product.
- Ensure safe performance of project work.
- Source for new business opportunities.

What we're looking for:
- BA/BS in Environmental Science or Civil Engineering.
- 6 to 8 years of proven technical experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Ability to engage and motivate a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
- Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience with Deltek Vision preferred
